HOUSE RULES

Hosapartments highly values your cooperation in following these rules, which are intended to ensure a comfortable and smooth stay for all Guests.

⏰ Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00.

✔ Self check-in system (no reception)
➡️ Arrival is possible at any time after check-in and once the apartment is ready

⚠️ Late check-out

If the apartment is not vacated on time without prior agreement:

• 150 PLN – up to 1 hour delay
• 200 PLN – over 1 hour delay

➡️ Staying without permission is considered a violation of stay conditions

Luggage

The apartment does not provide luggage storage.

❌ Leaving luggage without agreement:

• 100 PLN – handling fee
• 50 PLN / day – storage

➡️ Charges apply immediately (no free period)

Keys and locks

❌ Failure to return keys is treated as loss

➡️ Apartment key loss:

• 1000 PLN – weekdays
• 1500 PLN – weekends / after hours

➡️ Other items:

• key fob – 50 PLN
• building key – 50 PLN
• parking card – 200 PLN

➡️ Charges are cumulative

❌ Calling a locksmith independently is not allowed

⚠️ House rules

The apartment is for accommodation purposes only.

❌ Prohibited

• smoking (including e-cigarettes)
• candles, incense, open flame
• parties
• exceeding number of Guests
• disturbing others
• changing device settings

⚠️ Penalties

Violation of rules is considered a serious breach.

• Smoking / fire → 500 PLN
• Parties → 1000 PLN
• Device settings → 200 PLN

➡️ Disturbances may result in:
❌ immediate eviction
❌ no refund

 Lost & Found

✔ free storage up to 7 days
➡️ then 10 PLN / day
➡️ up to 30 days

➡️ items may be disposed of after this period

Does not apply to luggage

Damages and charges

Guests are fully responsible for any damage.

Cleaning

➡️ Apartment must be left in a standard condition

❌ Excessive mess → additional fee

 Example costs

• small towel – 30 PLN
• large towel – 50 PLN
• bath mat – 25 PLN
• blanket – 60 PLN
• duvet cover – 100 PLN
• pillowcase – 20 PLN
• bedsheet – 70 PLN

Charges may be applied after the stay
Legal action may be taken if necessary
Costs may include loss of income
