House Rules – key information

✔ Check-in: from 3:00 PM
✔ Check-out: until 10:00 AM

✔ The property operates with self check-in (no reception on-site)

Access to the apartment

➡️ To receive check-in instructions, the following is required:

✔ full payment of the reservation
✔ completion of the online registration form

➡️ After completing the form, Guests receive:

✔ access to the digital guest guide (important stay information)
✔ access to the communication system (direct contact with us)

➡️ Check-in instructions and access codes are provided on the day of arrival via the digital guest guide

⏰ They are typically available shortly before 3:00 PM, unless agreed otherwise

⏳ Flexible hours (optional)

The following services are available:

✔ early check-in
✔ late check-out

➡️ Both options are subject to availability, require prior approval and are paid services

Key rules

❌ no smoking (including e-cigarettes)
❌ no parties or events
❌ no exceeding the number of guests in the reservation

➡️ Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund

Luggage

➡️ The property does not provide luggage storage

We recommend using early check-in / late check-out
or external luggage storage services nearby
